2019 – 2020 Registration
Required Documentation
Poseidon Lifesaving Club will require all members to complete a new Registration Form for the 2019/2020 season plus associated documentation in order to comply with the Child Safeguarding Act 2015. (All forms can be downloaded below).
All members will need to download each document and read entirely. All documentation will have to be signed by both the member and Parent/Guardian if under 18 years of age.
Registration Form – Completed in full, Signed & Dated
Parent Guardian Code of Conduct – Signed & Dated
Junior Member Code of Conduct – Signed & Dated by both Parent/Guardian & Member
Social Media Policy – Signed & Dated by both Parent/Guardian & Junior Member
Camera Filiming Phone Policy – Signed & Dated by both Parent/Guardian & Junior Member
Payment Policy – Appropriate Term Fee
All members are required to have a valid RLSS UK membership number.

Policy must be signed by both the Junior Member and the Parent/Guardian.
Parent Code of Conduct
This is the Parent/Carer code of conduct form which is required to be completed in full and signed by the Parent/Guardian.
Junior Member Code of Conduct
This is the Junior Members code of conduct which is required to be signed and dated by both Parent/Guardian and Junior Member.
