Day 22

Distance 17.5km

Target Time:  60 Mins

Time Achieved:   57Mins  00 Secs

Just completed my first day of week 4.
I cycled just over 17km, a little short on the last 500metres so I’ll have to readjust the route I’m taking.
It was a noticeably harder cycle but I managed it in just over 57minutes !

Week  3

15 km per day beating 45mins

Attached is my new cycling route for week 3

With this new distance I have decided to cut down the number of days of cycling to 5 days a week rather than 6.

I think this will make reaching the target time goal much easier and will also give me a lot more rest for each cycle.

I’ll be cycling Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday:)))

Day 20

Distance 15km

Target Time:  45 Mins

Time Achieved:   43 Mins  58 Secs

I waited for the wind and rain to die down a bit today and took my chance to get out for the last cycle of this week! In total I cycled just over 75km! It would’ve been 90km but I decided to add another rest day so that I would be able to get out for 5 quality cycles!
With another week down, I have realised that proper rest and nutrition is super important, not only to get the most out of the cycle but also to maintain the motivation to get out everyday.
Roll on next week with 17.5km a day for 5 days!!

Day 19

Distance 15km

Target Time:  45 Mins

Time Achieved:   44 Mins  52 Secs

Noticeably harder to cycle 15km on a regular basis compared to 10km and 12.5.km.
I’m gonna have to try even harder next week!!

I was over half way through my cycle today and I started to get a nosebleed, so I decided it’s probably best to just take it slow and head home. I only managed to get 7km but it’s still exercise!
Thanks,
Luca

Quite a cold and long cycle today! I did just over 12.5km in a pretty good time I think, even with the hailstones hitting me in the face most of the time. I’m really glad to see all of you taking part in the challenge, week 1 was a HUGE success for all of the leaders and it’s really great to see all of the followers giving it their all!
